Objective: To analyze the impact of organizational culture on the sustainability of Green Intellectual Capital in organizations in Ecuador, Bolivia and Colombia. Methodology: A quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional research of descriptive, correlational and explanatory scope was proposed. The sample was made up of 300 workers and managers, distributed equally among the three countries. The information was collected through a 30-item questionnaire with a Likert scale, aimed at measuring sustainable organizational culture and the human, structural, and relational dimensions of Green Intellectual Capital. The reliability and validity of the instrument were evaluated using Cronbach's alpha, composite reliability, extracted mean variance and discriminant validity. Structural equation modeling using PLS-SEM was used to test the hypotheses. Results: The statistical simulation showed that the sustainable organizational culture presented a positive and significant effect on Green Intellectual Capital, with a coefficient of 0.710 and a p value of less than 0.001. The greatest impact was observed on green structural capital, followed by human capital and relational capital. The multigroup analysis showed no significant differences between Ecuador, Bolivia and Colombia. Conclusion: A culture based on sustainable values, leadership, learning, communication, and green practices strengthens the knowledge, structures, and environmental relationships of Latin American organizations.References
